1 cup of peeled garlics
2 tbsp Red chilly powder
salt to taste
Mehtod:
- Make a fine paste of garlic
- Add red chilly powder and salt
- Mix well and fill it in a jar.
Note: This dry garlic chutney can be stored for 90 days time. And can be used for multipurpose dishes. just by adding a little water you can eat it with kababs, vada pav, tikkis etc.
